Verdego renovated this home from the 1980’s into a family friendly, contemporary, open plan house that sits in the Venice walk streets. The site of this home faces a pedestrian walkway rather than a street allowing for more neighborhood social activity. The interior materials and reorganized flow have a handmade quality and relaxed environment to take advantage of the view and access to the exterior and friends next door.
