Bahn Mi

Banh Mi Venice is local eatery that transforms what was once a donut shop into to a colonial Vietnam inspired sandwich shop. The design for the family-owned restaurant draws inspiration from the street food scene in Vietnam utilizing using a mix of raw materials infused with decorative highlights. Patterned concrete tiles encompass the main counter with lights from chicken feeders hanging above. The bright blue color is reminiscent of the color that adorns the streets of Vietnam.
