Set on the hillside overlooking this historic road, this remodel of a classic mid-century elevates the interior spaces to focus on the views of the city while retaining the existing elements of floor to ceiling windows and ten-foot high ceilings. The result is an opening of the house, modernizing the interior spaces such as the kitchen and bathrooms, reducing the material palate and maintaining the original footprint of the home.
